Using the Online Learning and Resource Center

We have tried to make the Online Learning Center easy to use.  Try to help you navigate around the site and take full advantage of its benefits and features.

The listing on the front page are "categories."

  • 2017 Annual Mandatory Training
  • One Time Mandatory Training
  • On-Demand Training
  • Links to External Courses

In each of these categories there may be courses, resources or sub-categories. For example, there are two resources for "how to use the system" and an introduction.

In Annual MandatoryTraining, there are subcategories for each of the topics that are required each year. Each subcategory has a course for this year. Click on the course, then start at the top of the menu and look at each lesson. There are extra resources, including any applicable policies, court decisions, and other documents. Finally, there is a quiz that you must take to get credit for the course. The quizzes consist of multiple choice and true-false questions. You must get a score of 80% or higher on the majority of quizzes to pass. You have ample time to complete the questions, and may re-take the quiz three times. When you successfully complete the quiz, a certificate will be immediately generated for you.

To review your scores or to view your certificates in the future, go to your PROFILE and you will be able to review anything that you have taken.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know.  There is a lot of potential here, so let us know what you think!
